As data controller, Diamond Travel Kapadokya processes your personal data as described below, in line with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Data we process

The name, phone number, email address, place of stay, tour date, number of guests and any notes you share with us through the booking form, WhatsApp, phone or email.

Why we process it

- To receive, confirm and deliver your booking
- To organise hotel pick-up and drop-off
- To contact you about your booking (confirmation, changes, reminders, and after the tour to ask about your experience)
- To meet our legal obligations (invoices, accounting records)

Legal basis and sharing

We process your data to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations and for our legitimate interests. We share it only as far as needed to run the tour: with our drivers, partner service providers (e.g. the balloon company or transfer vehicle) and authorities where legally required. SMS and WhatsApp service providers may be used to send messages.

How long we keep it

We keep data for as long as needed for these purposes and for the retention periods required by law, then delete or anonymise it.
