Cancellation policy

These terms apply to bookings made directly with Diamond Travel Kapadokya. If you booked through an agency or hotel, their terms may apply.

Cancellation by the guest

- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour time; any prepayment is refunded in full.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour time, or not being at the pick-up point at the agreed time, may not be refunded.

Weather and safety

If the tour cannot run because of weather or safety, we offer another date; if that doesn't suit you, you get a full refund.

Balloon flights depend on civil aviation approval and wind. Jeep safaris usually still run when the balloons don't fly.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days at the latest.
