Does the tour run if the balloons don’t fly?
Balloon flights depend on the wind. The jeep tour usually still runs; if the weather stops our tour too, we offer a new date or a refund.
Can children join?
Yes. Tell us how many children when booking and we’ll arrange the seating.
What should I wear?
Early mornings are cool, especially in spring and autumn, so bring a jacket. Sunglasses and comfortable shoes help with the dust.
How do I pay?
Pay in cash or by card on the day. If you booked through an agency, you pay your agency.
How do I cancel?
Just message us on WhatsApp or call. We share the cancellation terms with your booking confirmation.
